Need a hand with SurfInvoice? We're here to help tradies and small businesses, from builders and carpenters to NDIS home modification providers, get their quotes and invoices sorted.
Email us at surf2invoice@gmail.com. We usually reply within one to two business days.
Go to Invoices or Quotes, tap New, add your client, line items and GST, then save or send. You can turn an accepted quote into an invoice. Add your business details and ABN in Settings first so they appear on every document.
The free plan includes a set number of invoices each month. SurfInvoice Pro unlocks unlimited invoices and quotes, client management, automated payment reminders, PDF exports and real-time payment tracking. On our website, Pro is billed securely through Stripe. In the iPhone app, Pro is an Apple in-app subscription: SurfInvoice Pro Monthly (A$9.90/month) or SurfInvoice Pro Yearly (A$99/year), renewing automatically until cancelled. If you subscribed on the website, just sign in on the iPhone app to use Pro. Use Restore Purchases in the app if you change phones.
If you subscribed in the iPhone app: open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose SurfInvoice ( Apple's guide to managing subscriptions). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you subscribed on our website: manage it from your account's subscription page or the link in your Stripe receipt email, or email us and we'll sort it out.
Open any invoice and use the PDF / Download option to save or share it (Pro feature).
Check you're using the same email you signed up with, check your spam folder for sign-in or reset emails, try resetting your password, and if you're still stuck email surf2invoice@gmail.com.
For iPhone in-app purchases, refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For website (Stripe) purchases, email us and see our Refund Policy. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
SurfInvoice is designed and built in Australia, on the NSW South Coast, for Australian trades and small businesses.
